‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to dive into some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Tuesday, December 23 looks like it’s going to be a normal day at the office with a slight twist.
Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will sit with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and they’ll have a good heart to heart talk.
Their discussion will focus on Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and how he created this mess they’re in. Lily will also wish her father was there to reign Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) in.
As they talk, Traci will urge her to follow her heat and talk to Cane. All she has to do is take the chance and see what happens.
Of course, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will do her best to mess that up as she struggles to find anything she can call her own.
Meanwhile, Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will stand up for Sienne Bacall (Tamara Braun) to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
While they’re having a family chat, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will call Noah to taunt him. Nick will call Matt and offer to pay him off to leave them along.
We’re sure Matt will believe him.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Tuesday, December 23: Cane can’t win
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers have accepted that Cane and Phyllis are comic relief. They try to be something else, but they can’t get out of their own way.
In this case, Cane will politely tell Phyllis he has no use for her and she should leave. Phyllis will refuse to listen because she never listens to anyone.
She’ll force herself on a lazy and complicit Cane for a kiss.
History repeats as Lily will arrive after Traci talked her into giving him a chance.
There’s every chance Cane will angrily push Phyllis back, but Phyllis will twist it and Lily will take off again.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Tuesday, December 23: Let’s make a deal
It’s no surprise that Nick refuses to believe Sienna is an innocent bystander, and when Matt calls he’ll go full protective dad mode.
He’ll offer to pay Matt off to leave them alone, but we think that’s Nick’s way of setting a trap.
He’ll want to get his hands on Matt, and if he can get him close enough he’ll be the hero. But if he can’t get to him, he’ll settle for Matt going away for the moment.
It’ll burn him, but we can see him doing that.
This time, will Cane convince Lily it was all Phyllis? Let us know in the comments below.
