Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, September 8 to Friday, September 12: Let the game begin…
First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal baby Tesoro will be the subject of a lot of conversation the week of Monday, September 8 to Friday, September 12. First off, Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) will tell Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) that since the waiting period is over, lots of people will want to adopt this baby. We’d like to say Javi would mention adopting him, or getting Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to do it, but we’re not so sure that will happen now. Not after his conversation with Melinda Trask (Tina Huang). We assume this whole thing is eventually going to lead to more Javi backstory, and we’re here for it.
As for the competition to adopt Tesoro, we know one couple already thinking of it. That would be Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Well, she’ll at least mention the possibility to Johnny. Whether his take on being a father has changed since his acquittal remains to be seen.
Plus, we’ll see more digging into Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) story about the baby. Suddenly, there will be doubts as to whether Tesoro could be the baby given up at the fire station, and you know where digging always leads.

Elsewhere, Rachel gets the news her mother will be going away for six years. We love Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) being so sympathetic when he’s the one who is responsible for it being a longer sentence than it could have been. Of course, they might not have to worry about that. Rachel might be getting some memory of that night of the shooting back. She’ll tell Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) that it’s her fault Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is in prison.

Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Gabi DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) might have fallen for a scam. At some point this week, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) returns to Salem. Tony will give him a warm welcome, then offer a proposal. We assume he’s trying to get Theo to take over the CEO job once DiMera is back in the family. Did they actually have Gabi be dumb enough to hand Tony the bomb she did without an iron-clad contract signed, or does Tony have a plot to nullify it? We’ll see.
