‘Beyond the Gates’ (BTG) spoilers suggest that Dani Dupree (Karla Mosely) may get pregnant by Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman).
‘Beyond The Gates’ Spoilers: Dani Is A Woman Scorned
It would be a huge surprise for them as they are just having some fun after Dani’s ex-husband, Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett), recently married her daughter’s best friend, Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings).
Dani is a woman scorned and isn’t looking for anything serious. However, she may inadvertently get more than she bargained for if she finds out she’s pregnant with Andre’s child.
While we don’t know exactly how old Dani is, it’s been mentioned several times that she married Bill 30 years ago when she was 19 years old, after giving up a lucrative modeling career to become his wife.
They had two children, Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) and Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla). Could there be another bundle of joy on the way for Dani?
It wouldn’t be the first time a soap showed an older woman getting pregnant. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) got pregnant later in life with Belle Black (Martha Madison) on Days of Our Lives.
The soap is making it a point to portray Dani as someone who’s poised to “burn it all down.” In the March 6th episode of BTG, Dani informed Hayley that she wasted enough time on her and Bill and that she was ready to move on.
However, before she left, Dani issued Hayley a double warning to “keep her distance” and told her that Bill would treat her poorly the same way he did to her now that they are officially wed.
“Prince Charming can become a real SOB once the ring is on her finger,” Dani clucked. It would be interesting to see Dani become vulnerable if she ends up pregnant by Andre.
‘Beyond The Gates’ Spoilers: There May Be More Than Meets The Eye Between Dani And Andre
Dani told Andre earlier in the episode that their romantic dalliances cannot continue. “It can’t happen ever again,” Dani exclaimed.
Later in the same episode, Dani danced seductively around in her kitchen. Andre watched her, and when she saw him, she invited him inside and started ripping off his clothes and kissing him. So much for “never again.”
Despite Andre’s romantic interest in Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob), it’s obvious there’s a spark between Dani and Andre. That being said, it could get tricky very quickly if Dani turns up pregnant by Andre.
Currently, Dani has no other love interest besides Andre right now, and she just had her heart broken by Bill.
Is it possible that if she was pregnant, she’d involve Andre in the baby’s life, or would she decide to keep the child and raise it on her own? Would it bring the two of them together?
There are women in their 50s who can still bear children. While it’s an uncommon occurrence, it’s still possible.
We think there’s more than meets the eye concerning Dani and Andre’s growing attraction. We believe it would be very soapy for Dani to get pregnant and blow Andre’s chances with Ashley. If there’s anything that we know so far about Beyond the Gates, it’s that it does classic “soap” conflict and drama remarkably well.
