He feels hurt and betrayed and may want to take his mind off Chelsea. Spoilers indicate that on Friday, September 13, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will have a proposition for Billy.
Red needs a job, as she recently resigned from Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). She’s looking for a place where she can excel and demonstrate her skills.
Phyllis also doesn’t appreciate how Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) tried to steal her son Daniel Romalotti‘s (Michael Graziadei) video game.
Phyllis may team up with Billy at Abbott-Chancellor to take down Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Lily, which could bring them closer.
If they started working together, they would spend a lot of time together, which could ignite that old spark. Perhaps Phyllis has a game plan, and they put their heads together.
Billy and Phyllis first got together when she was married to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). However, when they were an item, Gina Tognoni played Phyllis.
It would be fun to test Billy’s and Phyllis’s chemistry now that Stafford is playing the part again. The former couple could share a sizzling reconnection.
Phyllis hasn’t been fortunate in the love department. She threw herself at Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian), who rejected her and chose Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell). Phyllis tried again and again to take Danny away from Christine.
Many viewers felt embarrassed for her, as her shenanigans failed miserably. If you didn’t see the whole ordeal, it wasn’t pretty.

Billy is also struggling to cope with Chelsea’s indiscretion. He may love Chelsea but doesn’t trust her right now, even though she was honest about her tryst with Adam.
Billy is in a vulnerable place right now, and he’s unsure if he can move forward with his relationship with Chelsea. After all, she slept with one of his enemies.
No matter how messy it was, Phyllis and Billy share a romantic history. They cohabitated for a while, but he broke things off with her.
Given Billy’s current issues with Chelsea, it wouldn’t surprise us if he revisited his attraction to Red. They broke up and got back together before, so it could happen again.
Phyllis and Billy are also a lot alike. That’s part of the reason they are passionate and fiery together. Phyllis understands Billy in ways other women in his life don’t, and she never judged him.
They are both hungry to prove themselves, and she gravitates toward the “bad boy” in Billy. Phyllis is notorious for being impulsive and reckless, so she “gets it.”
Billy told Phyllis a long time ago, “It’s better to be with you than against you.” Maybe a union can lead to some corporate drama.
Phyllis would be more than happy to help Billy get revenge on Lily for playing him and taking on “The Great Victor Newman” would be just the thrill that could prompt the two of them to hit the sheets.
