‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies.

Wednesday, August 28’s episode looks like it’ll be a fun one.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will pressure Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to fire Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).

Kyle will resist because it’s too much for Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) to deal with at once, but will he stand firm?

Then there’s going to be plenty of blowback from Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s lie being exposed.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will try to leave, and then rip into him and demand to know why he’s the way he is.

On the flip side, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) will have a love filled conversation about their future.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Wednesday, August 28: Victor wants Claire at Newman

Victor will want an impromptu meeting with Kyle, but ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers don’t think it’ll be about what Kyle thinks it is.

We think Kyle will be expecting a business meeting about attacking Jabot. But Victor will have other ideas, and it concerns his family.

He’ll want Kyle to fire Claire as Harrison’s nanny so she can come work for him. As usual, he wants his entire family working under him and how they feel about it doesn’t matter.

In this case, Kyle will bristle. He doesn’t want to add more upheaval to Harrison’s life. Plus, he likes Claire and the two are close.

It’ll be interesting to see if Kyle will put his family before his new job. If he does, Victor will respect him for standing up to him. If he doesn’t Kyle’s a dead man walking.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Wednesday, August 28: Tale of two relationships

This is going to be an excellent balancing act by the show’s writers.

Billy and Chelsea will have a heartfelt, honest, and loving conversation about what happened. Billy will be even keeled and Chelsea will apologize and ask if he can ever forgive her.

He won’t know, but he knows her guilt was eating away at her. For now, he’ll need some time to process everything and figure out where to go from here.

As for Adam, he’s going to pay a heavy price for his duplicitousness.

Sally will want to leave, but he’ll stop her and plead his case. It’ll make him sound even more selfish despite his claims he tried to protect her.

This will be another emotionally charged scene we expect to hit it out of the park. The main question we have is whether Adam can fix this or will he fall into old habits?

Add to that, will Kyle stand his ground or give way to Victor’s whims? Let us know in the comments below.
