For Victoria, she wants to help Billy, who is still in his dark period but at the same time, she also doesn’t want to be played like a fool. ‘Young and the Restless’ head writer Josh Griffith puts it this way to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “She’s known something’s up with Billy and this bar is a place that isn’t really normal for him. It’s so out of the way that, of course, it would raise some red flags with her.”

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victoria Busts Billy – Will He Confess To The Truth?
‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers tease that when Billy comes home, he acts like nothing really happened. That’s when Victoria decides to whip out the receipt and tells him that she wants to know what’s going on. But Billy goes back to his lying ways and comes up with a story on the spot.
While Victoria knows that Billy is lying, she changes the subject. But the next day she sees her mom Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and tells her what’s going on. Griffith adds, “Nikki’s in an interesting position because there’s this history of all the time that Billy has hurt Victoria, but Nikki also knows it’s been because of his addictive personality. As an addict, she knows that what this probably means is he’s in trouble and he needs help.”
