‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re ready for some fun and game on Wednesday, July 17’s episode.
There’s plenty of pettiness to go around in Genoa City and it’s going to be fun to see how it’s handled.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will hear from Summer Newman (Alison Lanier)’s lawyer and that’ll go well.
When they bump into each other she’ll wonder about the second ticket for Paris. She won’t like it’s with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), and Kyle will do what Kyle does.
It’ll set him off and he’ll do everything he can to hurt her, like take Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) with him to Paris.
Ouch!
Meanwhile, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will tell Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) about the family meeting with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
The sharks are circling, so let’s grab some popcorn and enjoy!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Wednesday, July 17: So much for peaceful negotiations
Whelp, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expected Summer to channel her mother, and she did. With similar results when Kyle hits the roof.
Everyone warned her not to go the legal route, but she did and she massively triggered Kyle. His response? To tell her he’ll take Harrison and Claire with him and Audra to Paris.
It’s going to be one of the worst things he could do to hurt her. Worse yet, it looks like he’s going to follow through on it.
This will be a great experience for Claire, and we’re curious how Audra will take their business trip being a family one.
We’re sure Kyle will catch grief for this from Victor at some point.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Wednesday, July 17: Adam runs interference
With his role now in place at Newman Media, Adam will update Sally on everything. She won’t be a fan of it and will be worried about him, but he’ll say he’s got it under control.
With guilt over his night with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) gnawing at him, he’ll be distant.
We think Sally suspects something, but right now she thinks it’s just the strain of everything getting to him.
This will be a cool angle to the storyline as Adam will put himself on the line between Victor and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
He’ll be a buffer and protect Jack by diffusing Victor’s attacks on him. In many ways, Jack has been fairer to Adam than Victor, and it’s good to see Adam standing by his friend.
When Victor finds out, will Adam end up choosing Jack over his father? Let us know in the comments below.
