‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re ready to keep the ball rolling with some fun spoilery goodies for Tuesday, May 28.

This looks like it’s going to be a fun character building episode as there’s plenty of calm going around, which makes us wonder if someone’s going to upset the apple cart again.

Until then, life in Genoa City goes on as offers are made and lives change.

We’ve got the popcorn ready, so let’s dig into some spoilers!

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers – The next step

With everything happening in Adam Newman Mark Grossman)’s life, he’s going to seek some stability and ask Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to move in with him and let her decorate their home while he’s gone.

This is a kind gesture to him and a big step for them to take, and while he’ll be offering her a place to recharge and relax, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers suspect this is more for his peace of mind.

He’s been having some serious self confidence issues since his son’s been dealing with OCD, and he blames himself. He may take it a step further and think everyone is better off without him.

If that’s the next step in the storyline, we think him asking Sally to move in to be there is his way of adding a security blanket without asking for help.

There’s a chance this will blow up in his face, but it’s one he’ll feel he has to take.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers – Summer has a change of heart

It’s been an interesting process and we’re curious about Summer Newman (Alison Lanier)’s quick turnaround on Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), but we’re glad she’s turned down the ranting a bit.

Many of us haven’t been liking the wall to wall mental troubles the characters are going through, so that may have played a part in it.

But whatever the reason is, it looks like she’s going to soften her stance on Claire enough to offer her the job as Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell)’s nanny on a trial basis.

We’re curious what this trial basis will entail, but we expect it’ll be pretty clear cut.

Assuming Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) doesn’t break out and cause more chaos, but if that happens we doubt Claire will survive as she’ll give her life to protect Harrison.

But that possibility is a ways off yet, so we’re going to enjoy the peace in Genoa City while we can.

Is Adam going to be the next casualty with his mental health struggle? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
