Samantha Markle, Meghan Markle’s sister, has a legal team set to ask Kate Middleton for a witness statement against Meghan as she proceeds with her defamation lawsuit against her sister.

Meghan’s sister has decided to file an appeal despite Judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell’s ruling in Meghan’s favor.
“I think it’s important everyone knows that this was out there by my attorney before anyone was aware of her health challenges,”
Samantha explained to GB News.
Meghan’s sister suggested that Kate may have some insight about Meghan, as the Princess and the Duchess appear to be estranged.
Samantha sued Meghan for libel for suggesting that they had no relationship. Meghan said that Samantha had changed her last name back to Markle when she started dating Harry.
She has the nerve to drag Princess Catherine into this when she is battling cancer. Judge Honeywell dismissed the case after determining that Samantha
“Failed to identify any statements that could support a claim for defamation or defamation by implication.”
If the Judge could have ruled that the case would go to trial. If so, Meghan would have been forced to provide private documents and other information pertaining to the case.
Samantha claims that the Duchess of Sussex turned people against her. They saw her as an opportunist attempting to “cash in” on Meghan’s “success and fame,” even though the two do not share a relationship.
Samantha was apparently furious over Prince Harry and Meghan’s March 2021 sit-down with Oprah. During the interview, she told the legendary TV host that she “grew up as an only child.”

When speaking about her sister during the infamous interview, the Duchess had this to say about Samantha’s “tell-all” book, “The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister,”
“I think it would be very hard to tell all when you don’t know me. And I mean, this is a very different situation than my dad, right? When you talk about betrayal, betrayal comes from someone that you have a relationship with, right? I don’t feel comfortable talking about people that I don’t really know.”
The Judge said that Meghan’s statements concerning her half-sister were just an opinion. Meghan was entitled to have an opinion. Samantha’s legal team claimed that Meghan was lying.
Another statement that was brought up in the court filings was uttered by Harry during the “Harry and Meghan” Netflix docuseries.
The Duke said,
“Perhaps the most troubling part of this is the number of British journalists interacting with and amplifying the hate and lies.”
The Judge claims that the fact that this statement was included in the court filings shows a severe misunderstanding of the law on the part of the plaintiff.
Samantha’s lawyers also said in the court filings that Meghan and Samantha were very close during their childhood, even though Samantha is 17 years older than Meghan.

Meghan’s sister is not only looking for unearned fame through Meghan. She is also obviously looking for a payday. And it’s downright despicable.
