The sixth season of Love Is Blind has aired on Netflix and this season got a lot of hate from viewers. Several cast members did seem to want to be on the show for the fame and clout. However, one cast member, Jimmy Presnell has admitted that he did want to take part in the show because of the love experiment involved.
Jimmy wanted to find the love of his life, sight unseen. He connected very well with Chelsea Blackwell. Chelsea and Jimmy began their relationship very strong.
They had a lot of fights and in the end, they couldn’t see eye to eye on quite a few topics. Jimmy called off the wedding before they even got to the altar. When Jimmy and Chelsea appeared on the Love Is Blind reunion, they sat next to one another and it seemed as if they were still pretty close. Fans watched on to hear the stories of what happened, but they needed more.
This past week, Jimmy shared more about his relationship with Chelsea. He told fans that they are “still really close.” Jimmy added, “I mean, a lot of the reason why I chose her in the first place is because I felt I had a best friend in her.”
He went on to say, “After the show, she wasn’t the biggest Jimmy fan for a while, after our breakup and after our second breakup. We rekindled again a couple of months back. before the season came out, and it was more of, ‘I don’t want to go into this reunion cold turkey. If you don’t want to be my friend, I totally respect it.'”
Love Is Blind: What Happened On The Reunion
Jimmy mentioned to his fans that before the reunion episode, he and Chelsea met up for lunch. They ended up talking for over five hours and this made them both realize the bond that they have from the show.
They are one another’s best friends at this moment and according to Jimmy, they have been helping each other through some tough issues in their lives. Jimmy and Chelsea continue to support one another through the hardships they have encountered and it seems as if they will remain in the other’s life.
