However, it’s worth noting that Carmen Electra hasn’t used her birth name, Tara Leigh Patrick, in decades. The formal name change reflects her desire to be officially recognized as “Carmen Electra,” bidding farewell to the name Tara. This move merely formalizes what she has been known as for many years.
