‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers document that hearing a sketchy character commit murder is disturbing. However, a significant dilemma exists when the person who makes that claim says he can not prove it.
John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) does not trust Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). That feeling was reinforced during a recent conflict at Forrester Creations.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) disagreed with her brother about Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). Thomas became defensive, and Finn intervened. Only an overly defensive person who reads ill-intent into the actions of others would invent a problem with Finn’s response.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – John Finnegan Was Right
Finn is a doctor. That means he has a proven ability in a specialized field. His ability to save Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) life and Bridget Forrester’s (Ashley Jones) assistance reaffirmed exceptionalism.
It is common for one spouse to defend another, especially when an entitled family member attacks. Some, who believe they have unique insight into everyone’s reality, would hide in the shadows. But Finn and Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) are sure of themselves and Thomas’ duplicity.
Steffy dismissed Xander’s claims against Thomas when he made them years ago. But she is reacting differently this time because Steffy trusts Finn’s instincts and has a lifetime of experience dealing with her brother’s pattern of bad behavior.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Emma Barber Was Not Murdered On Mulholland Drive
It is not as though Thomas crashed his car into Emma Barber’s (Nia Sioux). She was not physically forced over the cliff on Mulholland Drive.
Thomas was beside himself and reacted with ferocity. He believed she would blow his crooked cover and tell Hope that Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) was alive.
Sioux’s character would also make sure Thomas’ involvement was exposed. Emma also planned to relay his threats against various people, including Xander and herself.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Finnegan Gets Involved
Emma’s death was a preventable accident. A sharp lawyer, like Justin Barber (Aaron Spears), could seek justice for his niece by asserting that Thomas was at least criminally negligent in not calling for help.
Viewers also know that Thomas appeared to shine his high beams, which hampered Emma’s vision. Plus, Thomas was purposely tailgating her.
But the above might only happen if Steffy gets involved. But Thomas will be in trouble if she decides Xander’s allegation and Finn’s suspicions deserve attention. Thomas is fearful because he is guilty and knows that any focus on this part of his past could lead to his imprisonment on B&B.
