‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers document that aggravation can be a cover for attraction, especially in this soap opera. Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) now sees Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) as desirable. Just months ago, he was detested.

Devoted viewers likely recall a former version of Thomas attempting to kill his uncle, Rick Forrester (most recently played by Jacob Young). That is one reason why Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) wants Hope to avoid being involved with Atkinson’s character.
Like Liam, Brooke recognizes that Thomas has been keeping himself in check. But Lang and Clifton’s characters remain uneasy because they believe Thomas will inevitably crack and endanger Hope.

Liam was shocked to see how Hope’s perspective changed. He could not reconcile her rationalizing Thomas having withheld his knowledge of Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) being alive.
Hope has repeatedly told Liam that she believes Thomas has changed. Clifton’s character believes Thomas has manipulated Hope. But Liam also believes that John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) can not keep Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) safe. Finn is Liam’s other rival, with both enemies being with the women Clifton’s character loves.

Everyone knows Thomas’ backstory. As the target of his obsession in recent years, Hope knows him as well as anyone, including his family.
The bond Hope and Thomas share through Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) is essential. Douglas was the hook Thomas used to keep a path open to Hope.
However, Hope’s frustration with Thomas appears to have reflected a covered attraction. Liam wanted a divorce and got it, leaving Hope open.
Thomas has not needed to push himself. Instead, the woman he loves appears to be falling in love with him on B&B.
