‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers document that the return of one of Ridge Forrester’s (2023 Daytime Emmy Award-winner, Thorsten Kaye) great loves recreated a triangle. But as Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) feared, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) triumphed again.
Fans of Allen were disappointed to learn that she is no longer part of B&B’s cast. Her character’s recent benching happened after Ridge chose Brooke in Italy. So, there will be no further storylines for Taylor in the indefinite future.

Allen had a challenging task in replacing Hunter Tylo (the original, longtime edition of Taylor). But a fair analysis sees that Allen performed well and offered a fresh take on a legacy character.
Taylor returned to Los Angeles, California, in 2021. She intended not to allow herself to be drawn into another fight with Brooke over Ridge. But it happened anyway.
A questionable plotting choice had Taylor minutes away from remarrying Ridge when their son’s revealed antics interfered. Having Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) scenario upend a long-awaited reunion was unsatisfying. It also implied that Taylor’s road to Ridge was forever blocked.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Friendship With Brooke Logan Was Good
Because it was temporary, the friendship with Brooke was a good and unexpected development. Viewers likely found it fun for the ladies to dress down Ridge for him. He played both of his loves off each other for decades.
The on-screen chemistry between Allen and Lang during the months of their pact provided plenty of in-joke moments. Devoted fans likely reveled in those two characters agreeing to an alliance based on them swearing off Ridge. Oh, if only Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) could have still been alive to see that.
Eventually, the pact was broken. Ridge and Brooke could not stay apart from each other as she has once and for all been confirmed as his top soul mate.

Allen’s career dates back nearly three decades. She has performed in a variety of television and movie roles.
Her place in Baywatch’s cast in the early 2000s as Jenna Avid came after she appeared in over four hundred episodes of Days of our Lives. She portrayed Billie Reed from ’96-’99.
Hopefully, Allen might return to DOOL. This versatile actor was a pleasure to watch and will likely continue to have many roles to pick from and could always return one day to B&B.
