Vanity Fair Magazine’s prior editor-in-chief, Graydon Carter, states that Harry and Meghan Markle’s connection will only last years, not decades. According to Carter, the Duchess has monetarily taken advantage of the Duke and used him to garner publicity by marrying into the Royal Family.
Carter Tells It Like It Is
Carter claims,
“I think she has run rings around poor Harry and gotten what she wanted: notoriety, money, and a title. His usefulness to her diminishes daily.”
He goes on to say that he is highly doubtful that Meghan would make an acting comeback since America is sick of her and her bore of a husband. He quips,
“However, if there is a Real Housewives of Montecito show in the works, she’d be a shoo-in.”
Prince Harry is isolated in California. He doesn’t have many solid friends in the US. It is often wondered if the Duchess is responsible for his lack of social life.
When the couple married in 2018, they had an army of celebrities to share their happiness with, like Idris Elba and Victoria Beckham.
People are trying to steer clear because they know the couple is a disaster. There have been rumors of fighting, and if you look at some of the pictures of Harry and Meghan’s outing together, Harry looks about one step away from slitting his own throat.
It’s clear that Meghan has been dragging her royal husband to concerts he doesn’t want to attend and places he doesn’t want to go. He appears to be more like a Velcro dog to his B-list actress wife.
Meghan Gave Up Her Acting Career to Be Married to a Prince
Speaking of which, the royal family had a lot of strict rules on what Meghan could and could not do while she was still acting. In the last season, she was on “Suits, like they would need to read and approve all the dialogue before shooting.
It had to be significantly limiting for Meghan as an actress to abide by these rules, although she essentially gave up her career to marry a royal. Markle did not appear in the final season of “Suits.”
The Duke and Duchess seem to be happy for now. During a speech Meghan made at World Mental Health Day in New York City, Meghan beamed,
“Being a Mom is the most important thing in my life….Outside, of course, to being a wife to this one.”
It sounded more like a manipulative ploy for good publicity than a declaration of love.
Meghan attracts negative attention because everything she says sounds sincere, but we all know it isn’t. The British tabloids knew her number long before the US caught on. However, people are starting to see she is “royally” fake.
Harry may tire of it and realize that family and charity work is a more fulfilling life. The couple, who started dating in 2016 and walked away from their royal duties in 2020, came to the States in a frantic scramble to be seen in a positive light, trying to turn everyone against the royals.
Harry has lost his family, as well as a lot of friends. He has paid a high price, leaving his royal life.
