Sally’s need for space and time to reflect is evident, but both Newman brothers are unrelenting in their pursuit of her decision. Sally’s initial shock upon entering the office to witness a physical altercation between Nick and Adam is swiftly followed by Nick delivering an ultimatum.
Sally finds herself in the position of needing to halt the fight, even though she remains unready to choose between the two men.
While it’s understandable that both Nick and Adam are eager for a clear resolution, resorting to a coerced ultimatum might have unintended consequences. Sally may select one of the brothers but later wrestle with doubts regarding her choice.
