‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) will find himself in a significant moral quandary. Initially, RJ agrees to honor his grandfather Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) request for secrecy regarding a sensitive matter.

Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), plays a pivotal role in this unfolding drama. She enlightens RJ about the severity of Eric’s hand tremors, far more than just a minor arthritis issue. This revelation leaves RJ in a state of shock, and Donna extracts a promise from him not to divulge this information to anyone.
The situation escalates when Eric loses his temper in front of the intern Luna (Lisa Yamada). RJ, feeling a profound sense of embarrassment on behalf of his grandfather, understands that Eric’s outburst was likely triggered by his unspoken health struggles, particularly the hand tremors.

Luna empathizes with RJ’s concern and the bond he shares with his grandfather. She suggests that the burden of such a heavy secret is too much for RJ to bear alone and urges him to discuss it with Ridge and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
RJ expresses his fear that if he doesn’t inform his dad about Eric’s health struggles and something unfortunate happens to his granddad, Ridge will never forgive him.
RJ faces a painful decision of whether to betray Eric’s trust and expose the secret surrounding his arthritis and hand tremors, all in the name of protecting Eric.
