‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicates that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) are on the road to healing. Even though it may not mean that they end up changing their minds on the divorce, they may end up working together again. What do you think? How do you think this will play out?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: A Rough Go
Kyle has been so angry with Summer. She really hurt him when she hid the fact that her mother, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) was alive. She was trying to help her mother, but the fact that she hid this from Kyle was devastating to him. It also hurt his mother, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), who was jailed for Phyllis’ murder.
Kyle demanded a separation and Summer moved out. Kyle’s father, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) asked Kyle to step down from his job as CEO of Marchetti. He thought it would be too hard for Kyle and Summer to work together. He asked Kyle to take a different job at Jabot, but Kyle wasn’t interested in a demotion.
Kyle ended up flirting with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and they ended up in bed together. Audra ended up offering Kyle a job at Newman Media. He was glad to take it and be far away from his family and the drama.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Conversation Without Argument
While things have been rough between Kyle and Summer, time has passed. When they meet at Crimson Lights, they have a great conversation. It’s light-hearted and kind. They both have the best interest of Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) first and foremost in their minds.
They end up having such a nice conversation that it ends up impressing Summer. She doesn’t suggest that they get back together, but she does suggest to Kyle that he belongs at Jabot.
Things are a little shaky at Newman Enterprises and Newman Media. Kyle isn’t sure about that, but Summer believes he does belong back with his family at work.
