‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready to rock and roll as we close out another week, and there’s plenty going on in this episode.
The fact anyone thought Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s plan would work really has to question their thought process, but to be fair, not everyone had a say in whether they wanted to take part of not.
That last part belongs to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) as her career at Newman Media is effectively over after she makes a huge mistake.
Let’s get into some spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 11: Audra’s finished
Any chance Audra had of pulling off a merger at Adam’s urging was small, but possible if Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) could’ve made the right argument.
While he won’t be able to convince Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and he accepted her veto, Audra really stepped into it and her mistake will cause Nate some headaches.
She’ll ask to meet with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) without Nate knowing, and then give her the same pitch. Nikki won’t hesitate in shooting the idea down, and it’ll cause her to lose whatever slimmer amount of trust she had in Nate.
The fact Nate will accept Victoria’s decision to quickly and smoothly will serve him well, but it looks like Audra will need another job.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 11: Sharon puts Adam down
Adam’s going to try to weave his magic and convince Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) there’s always a possibility of things working out, she won’t be having it.
She and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) warned him about not bringing his vendetta with him to their new company, and she’ll remind him of that once more.
‘Young and the Restless’ have a feeling Adam is on thin ice with her at the moment, and if he’s not careful he’s going to maneuver himself into a bigger problem than he already has.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 11: Cutting ties
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will try to make up for her actions with her children by setting up a celebratory meal in the park, but Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) won’t want to hear it.
They’re tired of Phyllis’ manipulations and want to see proof that she’ll change instead of her word since it means as much as one of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s promises.
They’ll tell her they’re done with her while being happy she won’t go to prison, and it’s going to be up to Phyllis to fix things if she can.
But knowing her patience, we expect her to make things far worse and then play the victim once more. Only this time she won’t be able to convince a judge she was brainwashed.
