‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) may have been too cocky. He thought he could easily get what he wanted, but he has underestimated his opponents. Will he be able to get what he wants?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Making His Demands
Tucker McCall is trying to help his fiancé, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) with her Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) problem. They decided that the best way to do that would be to have Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) make things as difficult as possible for Diane. They thought that would make Diane snap and hopefully get her out of their hair.
When Phyllis Summers returned, Tucker McCall told her that he has her future in his hands. He found the EMT Carson (Walter Belenky) who could help Phyllis with her case. Carson will testify that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) planned the ruse to fake Phyllis’ death and pin it all on Diane. He will testify that Stark forced Phyllis to participate.
In order to get Carson’s testimony, Phyllis would need to cause Diane stress and tension. Tucker suggests that she do this by flirting with Jack. But Phyllis doesn’t want to do what Tucker is asking. Diane doesn’t want to fight and has forgiven her. Phyllis wants to turn over a new leaf, but Tucker won’t let her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Stuck in a Difficult Place
Phyllis asked Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to get some dirt on Tucker McCall. He definitely did deliver. He found some emails that prove that Tucker and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) hid some damaging information on a musician who committed statutory rape. This will really hurt Tucker’s image with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) if it gets out, and he knows it.
Both Phyllis and Adam have said that Tucker has to deliver Carson. He has to keep Phyllis out of jail in order for them to not go public with this information. It has made things very uncomfortable for Tucker. When he tells Ashley things aren’t going well with Phyllis, he does not explain why but he says, “It is nothing I can’t handle.”
