‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready to see what’s coming around the corner, and it looks like it’s going to have some interesting plot twists.
This looks like a fun character building episode as everyone looks to work their way through their current situations, and there’s a surprise twist coming that should prove interesting.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 1: Making a deal with the devil
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) looks to be as desperate as ever to get out from under Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John)’s thumb as she’s going to keep trying to “prove” her innocence.
The only problem is everyone knows she’s up to something and no one trusts her and for good reason.
So, she’s going to look to make a deal with the one person she feels can and is willing to help her. And since Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) already gave her a job, she’ll feel like she has an in with him.
‘Young and the Restless’ are looking forward to this as we expect Adam will figure out why Phyllis wants him to help her stop Tucker and that’ll lead to some interesting negotiations between them.
Given where he is in life and the attention that’s focused on him, we don’t see Adam throwing in with her, but he’s always like to live dangerously.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For August 1: Abby’s done
In a twist we hoped was coming but weren’t sure of, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is going to have enough of Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)’s revenge plots.
This will be a fun scene simply because Ashley will continue to rant and rave about Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) getting married as a direct shot at her.
Abby hasn’t been happy with the direction her mom’s been going for a while, and now she’ll see how the dynamic is working first hand and that it’s not Tucker that’s driving Ashley’s vendetta.
As a result, Abby won’t feel she has a choice but to refuse to let her mom have the wedding in her house and she’ll ask her to leave.
It’ll be the tough love Ashley needs, but just like Phyllis, she’ll probably going into a self pity cycle she won’t be able to pull out of.
Maybe Tucker will be able to get her to finally open her eyes after her own daughter had enough of her, but we could be hoping for too much.
