Things just keep getting more and more interesting in Genoa City with each passing day and ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers have plenty of popcorn on hand for this one.
This episode looks like it’ll set the stage for the next few days or even weeks, depending on how long they intend to have Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) avoid owning up for her mistakes.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For July 11: Not having it
It’s a curious thing when outsiders to the Newman family seem to be more concerned with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s children more than he is, and this is going to be an interesting discussion when Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) asks some tough questions.
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers are guessing she’s going to want some answers as to why Victor is so intent on having Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) work with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
She cares about both of them and doesn’t want to see either Nick or Adam hurt, but she also understands how Adam will react to having a glorified babysitter working with him.
Victor will explain himself, and we think Sharon will understand his concern and may even side with him on this one.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For July 11: Phyllis does it again
Since it looks like Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) is going to be drawn into some more of Phyllis’ warped way of thinking and doing things, we expect nothing good to come out of this.
Summer is dealing with so much right now, and while Phyllis accepts some of the blame for her actions, she’s going to continue to want to avoid facing jail time for fraud or any of the other legitimate charges.
Of course, she’ll eventually get off because why wouldn’t she to make it easier on the writers? But while getting to that point, she’s going to make Summer jump through some more waiting hoops since proving her innocence is more important than her daughters’ life or happiness.
And we have a feeling Summer will continue to accept that because again, why wouldn’t she? She’s Phyllis’ daughter through and through.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For July 11: Jack’s preemptive strike
Now that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) have made their announcement, it looks like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will look to protect himself and Jabot from what they’re planning.
This should be an interesting meeting since we doubt he’ll invite Ashley, especially given how everyone’s been caught in the middle of their feud to one extent or another.
