‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggest that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) has seen a way to help both Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). She has an idea that could benefit both brothers. Will it work?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) Request
Y&R’s Victor Newman is concerned about his son, Adam. He has been for a long time. Adam is like the “black sheep” of the family, rebelling against his father and the plans he has for his son.
Adam also doesn’t seem to get along very well with his siblings, Victoria Newman (Amelia) and Nick. At the moment, Nick and Adam are both in love with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), which makes things additionally difficult.
Victor kept trying to get Adam to return to Newman Enterprises, but Adam said the only way he would return was if Victor gave him Victoria’s job.
Victor could not do that, so he was stuck trying to determine how to get Adam back in the company. He managed to purchase McCall Unlimited, and he turned it over to Adam to run.
The crazy thing is that now that Adam has McCall, he is trying to fix it up and streamline its assets so he can take over Newman Media. He wants to get Newman Media back because he built that company. But this is directly attacking his family’s company.
Victor’s idea is for Nick to join Adam at McCall. Nick has been removed as COO of Newman Enterprises and isn’t currently working. Victor hopes that Nick can step in and help Adam rethink some of his plans.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: A Different Solution to an Impossible Situation
Nick discussed this option with Sally Spectra, and it really sent her over the edge. Sally is furious at Adam for choosing to save her life and not the life of their baby. She can’t forgive him for that choice and is refusing to talk to him or grieve with him.
She can’t believe that Victor is asking this of Nick. This is just putting Nick, the Newman son she loves, in the vicinity of the Newman son she hates. She doesn’t want him to do this.
While Sally feels this way, it will also be difficult for Nick to say “no” to his father. He knows that Adam is hurting with the loss of Ava and is facing a serious downward spiral.
While Sally might think Adam deserves it, Nick is concerned for his brother. He believes Adam did the right thing to save Sally’s life. But Nick will struggle to say “yes” because of how Sally feels about it.
Sharon Newman just inherited Cameron Kirsten’s (Linden Ashby) company after his death. She may keep the company and use the profits for good or she may sell the company and give the profits to charity. It appears that she is going to approach Adam about doing something together.
Maybe considering how to do good and how to honor his daughter while doing it, may help Adam with his pain. It may save everyone from a Newman Media and McCall Unlimited battle. What do you think Sharon will propose and will Adam agree? Share your thoughts!
