In response to her son’s allegations that she kept him captive and sexually assaulted him, the mother of a 25-year-old man who supposedly disappeared in 2015 claims that police want to “arrest her.”
Relatives claim they “knew he was never missing.” Eight years after his mother Janie Santana reported him missing, Rudy Farias was ‘discovered’ on June 29 at the doorway of a church in Houston, Texas.
Santana, a regular contributor to real crime discussion forums on Facebook, proclaimed his capture and claimed to be in a terrible physical condition and mute.
As Farias and Santana spoke to police at a Houston hotel on Wednesday with a mediator—a local New Black Panther leader and community activist—Quanell X, the plot took an astounding turn.
Quanell informed the media. Farinas said his mother had concealed his sexual abuse for the previous eight years. According to accounts, Santana, a nighttime security officer who kept Farinas mostly concealed from view during the day and carried him with her to work in the nights, said she anticipated to be jailed.
Mother Accused Of Keeping Her Son As A Sex Slave Claims He Vanished 8 Years Ago
After being removed from his mother, Farias allegedly claimed he never vanished and that she had been “making him play daddy” for years by forcing him to lie in her bed with her while she was undressed. Quanell refused to elaborate on the allegations of sexual assault when he was questioned about the ‘kissing.’
According to Farias, his mother forced him to bathe her and punished him by shutting him in a room ‘again and over.’ When Farias vanished, his mother informed authorities that he had depression and PTSD caused by the death of his brother in a motorbike accident in 2011 — an event that neighbors said he discussed.
When Farias was discovered, Santana released pictures of him in a hospital bed and said he had been severely beaten, had blood in his hair, and had been subjected to abuse.
