‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready to see some movement in storylines for the trouble makers in Genoa City, and it looks like that’s going to start happening.
It looks like we’re going to be back to the mess Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) made and it’s going to come from a couple of different angles so it’ll be fun to see how things shake out.
Let’s get into some spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For June 29: Nick’s had enough
It looks like Phyllis may have burned one too many bridges with her latest self centered actions when Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) finds out the details of what her actions have cause.
While he already knows a lot, ‘Young and the Restless’ expects him to learn the latest when he touches base with Summer Newman (Alison Lanier).
We get the feeling Summer’s going to be lost now that her marriage is on the skids thanks to her buying into her mom’s plans and psychosis and she’s going to need someone to talk to.
When she fills Nick on how everything’s gone, we doubt he’ll blame her for her part and put all of the blame on Phyllis.
Things aren’t looking good for Phyllis, but she does have a couple of allies that’ll try to help her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For June 29: Clearing the air
Phyllis once again made a small mess of things when she walked in on Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) readying things for a romantic evening with Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman), but it was good that her and Michael touched base.
Now it’ll be his turn to update Lauren on Phyllis arriving there and shocking the life out of him. After all, knowing someone’s not dead and seeing them can be traumatic.
Still, he’ll plan to defend her to the best of his ability despite Phyllis doing everything she can to make it as complicated as possible like usual.
He’ll hope she’ll make it easy and turn herself in, but this is Phyllis and we doubt she’ll do anything like that as long as she can think of a way to make it easier.
While she did kill Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) in self defense, she deserves to have the book thrown at her for the rest of her crimes and experience what she put Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) through since she returned.
The way it’s looking, that could very well be what’ll happen.
Will Phyllis face justice for what she did, or will she find a way to complicate that as well? Let us know below and check back with ‘Young and the Restless’ for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
