‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers reveals that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) looks for consolation in the arms of Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). When she comforts him because of his distress, he over-steps the boundary and passionately kisses Steffy on the lips.

For months, B&Bs Liam has been bothered by the relationship that he sees between his wife, Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Steffy’s brother, Thomas Forrester (Matt Atkinson).
Thomas had an obsession with Hope in the past. He did some really strange things and he hurt a lot of people. Thomas ended up going to therapy and worked hard to make some positive changes in this life.
Even though Liam did not want her to, Hope decided to give Thomas another chance at Forrester Creations with her line, Hope for the Future. She felt she had to because her line was going to be shut down.
Thomas is the lead designer who can make it work and without him, it was going under. Hope decided that she would give Thomas a chance.
What Hope did not expect is that she would be attracted to Thomas. She has had sexual fantasizes about him and finds herself thinking about him even when she is making love to Liam.
She continues to point out how awesome Thomas is and how he is behaving himself, but Liam still has grave concerns about them working together.

Liam decides that he needs to go to Rome and surprise Hope at the fashion event for the Hope for the Future. He gets there late and has to try to find Hope at the tourist sights. She is out walking with Thomas.
When he finds them at the Coliseum, Hope grabs Thomas and kisses him passionately. Liam witnesses it all. He sees his wife make the move on Thomas.
This shatters Liam. He did not want to believe his ex-wife, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), when she warned that Hope was the one interested in Thomas. He believed it was Thomas who was not trustworthy, not Hope.
Now he has seen it with his own eyes and believes now that his marriage is over. Steffy comforts him, telling him that he doesn’t deserve this treatment. She gives him a hug, trying to help him face this devastating situation.

Suddenly, Liam kisses Steffy passionately. She is stunned, shocked and looks extremely uncomfortable. After kissing her, Liam realizes that he should not have done that.
This is the type of reaction Thomas should have had when Hope kissed him. The problem is, Thomas subconsciously obviously really wanted the kiss. Steffy, a happily married woman, did not want Liam to cross this line.
What is going to happen next? Is Liam going to apologize to Steffy? Is he going to see, from his own moment with Steffy, how easy it was for Hope to fall into the moment with Thomas? Will it give him any empathy for his wife?
