‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicates that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is furious that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is free. While she is glad to hear that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is not dead as everyone thought, but Diane being free is bad news for Ashley.
She believes that Diane is after the family company, and she needs to come up with a plan to stop her.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Stopping Diane’s Influence
Y&R’s Ashley Abbott is very protective of her brother, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and their cosmetics company, Jabot. She does not trust Diane. Diane came back to Genoa City and was quickly able to capture the attention and affection of Ashley’s brother. She even got a job at the family company.
Ashley is really concerned about Diane’s presence and about the fact that Jack gave Diane a job. She thinks that Diane has a goal for herself. Ashley believes Diane is wheedling her way into the family relationships and has her eyes on the company. She believes that Diane needs to be stopped.
Ashley has contacted the board of directors of Jabot, hoping to get her brother ousted from the company. She was interested in pursuing this particularly while her brother was romantically linked to a murderess. Now that Diane has been cleared, she must think of another way to get her out of their lives.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) Has Another Idea
Tucker McCall keeps encouraging Ashley to let go of this vendetta against Diane and just let Jack make his mistake. Ashley just can’t do it and says won’t do that with her brother. She decides that Tucker should come to work at Jabot and together they can take Diane down.
Tucker isn’t willing though. He wants to start something new. He has money from the sale of his company, and he thinks Ashley should have Jack buy out her part of the company.
Then they could pool their money and being something new together. While her thought has only been for Jabot, this is enticing to Ashley. The fresh new idea captures her imagination.
What do you think will happen? Will Ashley join with Tucker to create a company that takes down Jabot? Or will she keep her eyes trained on how she can get rid of Diane for good?
