‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers indicate that something is afoot with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). He is pretty upset but he doesn’t want to talk about it. What is eating the boy?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: New Baby?
Everyone assumes that Connor is upset by the news that his father, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is having a baby with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). They believe that he is not happy that a baby sister is joining the family.
Connor still hasn’t come clean with anyone. He’s been moody, sullen, and snappy but he hasn’t told anyone why.
Maybe his concern is not that he will be treated differently as his parents suspect, but maybe it actually comes down to the promiscuity and lack of commitment in relationships.
Connor is Adam’s son with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Connor knows that Sally and his uncle Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) are in a relationship. So why is she having Adam’s baby?
Maybe that lack of faithfulness is bothering Connor because it is causing a lack of stability in his life. While his parents say that a new baby will not take their love or attention away from him, they definitely have not stayed consistent in their relationships. This could give him cause to mistrust what they say.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: New Relationship?
Maybe what is bothering Connor is the new relationship that is budding between his mother and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). For a while now he has been the man in the house and now Billy is becoming romantically links with Chelsea.
Even though Connor has liked Billy, maybe the idea of his mother and Billy together is troublesome. This idea is supported by the fact that he is cagey with both of them when they ask him questions.
Hopefully Connor will find someone who he is comfortable with so he can share his feelings and process his emotions. He has a lot to handle as a young person, and it appears he may need some help to get through all of this.
