‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are looking forward to seeing some fun interactions in this episode as cases are made and battle lines are drawn.
There’s plenty of maneuvering in these storylines and that’s going to make for some really fun moments coming our way.
We’ve got the popcorn ready, so let’s dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 21: Look at the facts
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) is putting everything on the line to help Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) out, but more so because as he’s looked at the evidence and everyone’s reactions it feels like a set up.
So, now he’s going to sit down with Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) to plead his case and why the charges against Diane need to be dropped.
He’ll make a great argument about the evidence being too perfect as well as what he and his wife (we’re sure Lauran Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will love this) witnessed about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)’s obsession.
In the end, he’ll say it’s more plausible that Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) killed Phyllis to set up Diane, and we think Cricket will understand and agree. To a point.
She’ll cite the evidence they do have, and without Stark to interview they can’t ignore what they have. In that regard, we think Diane will make bail, but there’s still a long road to go with this.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 21: War at the top
It’s no secret that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) don’t like each other, even with Billy showing support for Diane getting a second chance.
Add in that Billy is now co-CEO with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and things should only get more interesting as Kyle won’t like having him overseeing anything he does.
‘Young and the Restless’ don’t think Billy will be overbearing at first, but when he makes some suggestions Kyle won’t like it.
Since Kyle’s been the one working at Jabot more recently, it’ll behoove Billy to rely on him to help guide the decision making until Jack can fully focus on the company.
Unfortunately, we don’t that that’ll happen as they’ll dig their heels in and not meet in the middle this time, and it could touch off a growing war between them over who is truly in charge.
A lot of it could be Kyle not approving of Billy joining the company like with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), though this will be more confrontational since they’re family.
Will Michael succeed in getting Diane bail? Let us know below and check back with ‘Young and the Restless’ for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
