CBS ‘The Young and Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers indicates that another battle is brewing. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has plans for Newman Enterprises that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) can’t stomach. Who will get their way?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victor’s Plan
Victor Newman is pleased and smug when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) shows up and tells him that he wants to come back to the family and the fold. Victor plans to acquire McCall and he wants Adam to run the company. Adam says he is interested but he wants to run it as its own separate entity.
He does not want it to be under Newman Enterprises because he is not interested in being under Victoria’s leadership. He wants to be in complete control of the new acquisition. Victor agrees and says that that is what he has had in mind all along. When Adam asks how Victoria feels about it, Victor tells him not to worry. He will handle his daughter.

When Victor drops the bombshell on Victoria, that Tucker McCall will not be a part of Newman, she pushes back. This was not part of their plan and she does not trust Adam. She feels like Victor has a blind spot when it comes to Adam. She has been faithful to the company and is actually quite a bit like her father.
He tells her that this is not open to negotiation. It will be this way because he says so. When Victor leaves, Victoria tells Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) that there is no way that she will do what her father has said. This is because she wants McCall Unlimited for herself.
What do you think will happen? Will Victor and Victoria come to an understanding about this situation? If they can even acquire McCall in the first place, who will be in charge?
