‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that when it comes to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and his “baby daddy” status, Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) patience might soon run out. Nick is still finding it difficult to get used to learning that Adam is the father of Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) child because the news crushed him.
Of course, Nick always has a grin on his face and some reassuring advice for Sally, but that’s mainly because he’s suppressing his emotions. As they get ready to have a family, Adam will undoubtedly become closer to Sally if he maintains this fresh, improved attitude. Nick’s frustration level with the circumstance will increase as the pregnancy progresses.
It’s simple to act as if everything is normal right now, but once Sally is carrying a baby and accompanying Adam to prenatal appointments, things will change. Nick will feel excluded and might long for the intimacy he once shared with Sally.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) And Phyllis Stafford (Michelle Stafford) Fall Back Into Bed?
The chemistry between Sally and Nick might fade once Sally’s pregnancy actually takes precedence because so much of their relationship seems to revolve around having fun. Nick has always had Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) as a go-to unfaithful accomplice.
Sally might experience the same fate as Nick, who destroyed his relationship with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) by having an affair with Phyllis. If you think about it, Nick might be drawn to Sally because she makes him think of a youthful Phyllis. Nick and Sally’s romance revolves primarily around sleeping together and having a nice time, much like Nick’s relationship with Phyllis did.
It stands to reason that Phyllis and Nick‘s relationship failed. In addition to other issues, there wasn’t enough foundation for Nick and Phyllis to create a stable future. Communication problems existed between Phyllis and Nick as well, and they may also be developing between Sally and Nick. Nick might believe that Sally is letting her defenses down around Adam when in reality, given the strides he’s making, she’s simply warming up to him. Nevertheless, given that Nick has done this in past partnerships, it is simple to picture him sneaking into Phyllis’ bedroom.
