Reports suggest that Kanye West could be in trouble after a woman claimed he forcibly took away her phone after she refused to stop recording.

A video that has been shared across the internet showed the rapper exiting his daughter, North’s basketball game, whereupon he noticed that he was being trailed by paparazzi.
It is uncertain if the female was a paparazzi or just an admirer, yet it is said that he exited his car and challenged her while she was capturing his image from inside her own car. Kanye allegedly said the following: “You didn’t have to run up on me like that. If I say stop, stop with your cameras.”
When the woman contended that she had the right to take a video of him, Ye is said to have dived into her car, seized her device, and lobbed it away. Not only that, but it is also claimed that Kanye told another member of the paparazzi to back away.
Sources from TMZ said that deputies from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department were summoned to the site at about 4:30 p.m. and were given a video that showed the incident. As reported by the outlet, the woman was seen exiting the sheriff’s department and having a discussion with the police officers.
Kanye has reportedly now become a suspect in the case of battery. Later on in the video, West was captured getting back into his vehicle in front of a group of paparazzi who were filming the whole situation. He again asked to be given some privacy.
He added: “You want me to be running up on your kids’ games like that? Everybody needs to stop when I see my kids. If I need to see my kids, you can’t photograph me. It’s called human rights.”
