According to body language expert Adrianne Carter, Ghislaine Maxwell was not genuinely grief-stricken when she appeared on Jeremy Kyle’s Talk TV show from her Florida prison.

Carter alleges that she did not display any indications of anguish or agony, despite the fact that Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking last year and sentenced to 20 years in jail for aiding Jeffrey Epstein to get near underage girls.
During her interview with the television station, she highlighted her time in jail, as well as her views on the Epstein saga, including allegations he was killed and whether the popular photograph of Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre was staged.
And yet, Carter was not convinced by what she had to say. In her comments, she said: “I think she may be trying to create the impression that she’s regretful and suffering, but I didn’t see any real signs of suffering or distress to a great level, certainly not for someone in prison for the foreseeable future.”
Those comments may also have some credence when we look at her response to Prince Andrew’s sexual assault allegations concerning Virginia Giuffre. Despite Andrew having settled outside of court, she made it clear in no uncertain terms that the photograph which included her as well, was false.
This came across as someone who had failed to show any remorse, and instead, a person that was looking to save face. In her comments, she remarked: “It’s a fake. I don’t believe it’s real for a second, in fact I’m sure it’s not. Well, there’s never been an original and further there’s no photograph, and I’ve only ever seen a photocopy of it.”
The response on social media was damning. This was on the basis that Maxwell did not show any regret over her actions. One person wrote: “I wonder [if] is she is ashamed at all.”
