Alec Baldwin has been intensely criticised for his first post on Instagram since the announcement that he will face two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
Alec Baldwin Slammed Over His ‘Sexually Suggestive Innuendo’ Post On Instagram-‘This Is Creepy AF’
After prosecutors revealed their decision to charge him for the unintentional death of Halyna Hutchins in 2021, the 64-year-old actor raised many questions with his caption accompanying a photo of his son sitting on their living room floor, giving his mother Hilaria Baldwin a back rub.
The post was captioned by the following comments: “The old “let me give you a back rub” ploy. Potato chips to follow.” But that post did not sit very well with the fan base who questioned it with some brutal comments.
One person wrote: “Imagine being indicted for involuntary manslaughter and the first post you make after the announcement includes a picture of your attention-seeking wife, posed with your young son, and captioned with a sexually suggestive innuendo.”
While another person stated: “Does anyone else think this is creepy af with the caption? Pic is sweet. Caption makes it weird.”
This played out not long after Hilaria was criticised for speaking with a Spanish accent while imploring photographers not to intrude on her children after the allegations were made against Alec.
Not so long ago, though, Hilaria had expressed regret for pretending to have a Spanish accent and said she had grown up with two distinct cultures. Nevertheless, she seemed to return to her former accent as she evaded queries about the involuntary manslaughter charge against her husband.
In her comments, she remarked: “So, on a human level, you know that I’m not going to say anything to you. You know that. So please, leave my family in peace and let it play out.:
