‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers that the only person who is aware of Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) alleged pregnancy is Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson). The true question is, of course, who the father is. Some are confident that it will be Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow), while others are certain that it will be Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman).
But we have to wonder: Is she actually expecting? We believe there’s a chance that Sally’s statement that it might be a false positive is accurate. What if everything here is merely a ruse to get Sally back with Adam? Let me explain.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) False Positive? Excuse To Be With Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)?
We believe that Sally still harbors a secret desire to be with Adam, or that at the very least, she is aware of it but chooses not to express it. She is aware that Nick is a sure thing and that she will get along with him much more easily, but there is something about Adam that she can’t shake from her mind.
Although he is more of a wildcard and entertaining, a wild card isn’t necessarily the ideal strategy if she wants to succeed. Maybe she purposefully became pregnant by Adam to make herself leave Nick and return to him! Given Genoa City’s propensity for spreading information and Chloe’s knowledge, many people will soon be aware of Sally’s pregnancy. We anticipate that Adam will learn more at this point. If Adam presses just a little bit, Chloe will reveal the truth during a chat because Sally won’t have the sense to tell him herself.
What does this imply for Nick and Adam? Although it seemed like they were actually getting along and displaying some affection over the past year, their involvement with Sally has undoubtedly strained their relationship. Now that there is a pregnancy, tensions will rise.
Of course, this feels like a plot we’ve already seen between them and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) or something, but the manner the information is revealed might make it pop off a lot more!
