Influencer Liver King Sued For $25 Million After Misleading People To Buy His Supplements When He Was Taking Steroids

Fans of the influencer known as ‘Liver King’ have taken legal action against him due to their assertion that they were deceived into buying his dietary supplements after he declared that he had kept his toned body by consuming raw liver and taking shots of blood.

Brian Johnson, a 45-year-old, revealed in a six-minute-long video earlier this month that he has previously taken steroids, and is still receiving 0.6 milliliters of testosterone on a weekly basis.

Christopher Altomare from New York has taken legal action against Johnson for a compensation of $25 million. Altomare has argued in the case that Johnson’s advertisements were fake and that he recommended an unhealthy and hazardous eating regimen which led customers to come down with grave food-borne illnesses.

Johnson’s brand strongly encouraged people to consume uncooked liver, spleen, pancreas, hearts and kidneys. As per a lawsuit viewed by the New York Post, he apparently portrayed himself as being in optimal health by exhibiting his toned body, in an effort to convince people that the dietary system worked.

Nevertheless, his fans have complained that the food regimen was not maintainable, and then they had to buy his dietary supplements in order to stay on track.

The lawsuit went on to state the following: “Liver King persuaded millions of consumers to adhere to, or abide by, the Eat Tenet by repeatedly making representations to consumers that his near-perfect physique, and optimal health, were solely attributable to his adoption of the Ancestral Tenets, predominantly the Eat Tenet.”

The fans on social media were outraged by what they had seen. Large numbers of people demanded that the Liver King be held accountable for misleading his fans. Meanwhile, others slammed those for being misled.

One person wrote: “Anyone who would take ANY advice from someone who looks like that needs their head examined to begin with tbh.” So there you have it folks.
