Legal action has been taken against Aerosmith vocalist Steven Tyler, claiming that he took advantage of a minor female when she was 16-years-old.

According to reports, the incident was alleged to have taken place in the 1970s when Tyler was 25-years-old. The woman in question, Julia Holcomb, commenced legal proceedings in Los Angeles.
In the legal action, Holcomb alleges that the famous musician attacked her sexually, carried out offensive behaviour, and intentionally caused her emotional distress. She maintains that he supplied her with drugs after assuming guardianship from her mom and forced her to terminate a pregnancy.
In addition, Holcomb states that she became acquainted with Tyler in 1973, when she was 16 years old and had gone to an Aerosmith show in Portland, Oregon. It adds that following their conversation about her age, the defendant carried out a series of unlawful sexual actions against her.
Additionally, it states that the relationship developed and Holcomb had no choice but to succumb to Tyler’s influence, reputation, and wealth. And this is something that was hinted at in Tyler’s memoir.
In his book, he wrote: “With my bad self being twenty-six and she barely old enough to drive and sexy as hell, I just fell madly in love with her, She was a cute skinny little tomboy dressed up as Little Bo Peep. She was my heart’s desire, my partner in crimes of passion.”
The fans on social media demanded that Tyler be held to account if it could be proven that he had done the things described. And in the process, the comments towards him were very brutal.
One person wrote: “He needs to go to prison for it, instead of buying his way out of it,” while another person stated: “So many of them did it. Its truly robbery of innocence.”
