Ariana Grande Sends Christmas Presents To A Manchester Children’s Hospital In Light Of The 2017 Terror Attack At Her Concert
After the shocking 2017 terrorist attack near her Arena concert, Ariana has had a strong emotional bond with the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. The hospital’s social media team shared a photograph of a tremendous amount of gifts and a note that said, “Thank you, Ariana.
“We were so excited to receive Christmas gifts for young patients across our hospitals from Ariana Grande. The presents were distributed to babies, children and teenagers at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, Wythenshawe Hospital and North Manchester General Hospital.”
On May 22, 2017, the devastating act of terrorism committed by 22-year-old Salman Abedi led to the demise of 22 individuals, with an additional 139 people sustaining injuries. After the incident, Ariana put a halt to her tour, however, only two weeks later, she was back in the same city to be the main act at her One Love performance.
She had the bravery to come back for the charity gig, which was able to collect an amount of money that exceeded £17million, and the people present for her last performance were also there. The fans on social media praised Ariana for the kind gesture.
Large numbers of people came out in droves to laud her since there was no obligation on her to do this. But by giving back, it demonstrated that she cared a lot for her fans which will only go on to increase her fan base.
One person wrote: “Why this absolutely gorgeous woman, plastic surgeried herself like that is beyond me. Kind heart though,” while another person stated: “She seems a good lady.”
It is fair to say that Ariana has won herself more fans, and she should be commended for going out of her way. So was that a fair assessment? So there you have it folks. What did you think about this?
