Ghana Footballer Andre Ayew's Daughter Fainted And Was Rushed To Hospital After His Penalty Miss Against Uruguay

After experiencing a loss with Ghana against Uruguay, Andre Ayew quickly went to the hospital after hearing the news that his seven-year-old daughter had fainted.

On Friday, the 32-year-old forward for the Ghanaian national soccer team, the Black Stars, failed to convert a penalty kick. His daughter was so overwhelmed with emotion that she allegedly fainted.

Andre got news about his daughter’s difficult situation and raced to the medical centre right away. Upon arriving, he found out that she was in good health. In the picture here, we can see Andre hiding his daughter once he has arrived in the hospital.

He is just relieved at the fact that nothing untoward had happened. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Andre Ayew went from the stadium straight to the hospital to see his daughter who collapsed when he missed the penalty against Uruguay.

“It was quite scary but thankfully, she’s doing fine now.” Ghana’s loss in the World Cup resulted in their elimination, and Uruguay, their opponents, were also knocked out of the competition based on the number of goals scored.

The sporting event was considered a ‘vendetta match’ by many in the African nation due to the notorious Luis Suarez handball that kept them from scoring a definite goal during the 2010 World Cup quarter-finals. Asamoah Gyan of Ghana was unable to make a successful penalty, and because of that, the team was eliminated in a shootout.

Ayew had the opportunity to avenge their opponents, but instead his penalty was too feeble and was effortlessly stopped by the goalkeeper. The fans on social media were glad to see that everything turned out fine in the end. And in the process of doing so, they sent out some words of support.

One person wrote: “Things like this hurt . Stay strong dede Ayew.” Thankfully, everything turned out fine in the end as who knows what could have happened on any other given day.
