Rebel Wilson has given fans an insight into motherhood after recently welcoming her first child.
Rebel Wilson Gives An Insight Into Motherhood Following Her First Baby-‘It’s Been A Total Life Change’
The actress announced the news this month that she had welcomed a baby via a surrogate. And after having had around a week to experience being a parent, Wilson has already had a lot to say on the matter.
Despite being a seasoned actress which requires her to work towards deadlines and in a high-pressured environment, being a mother was something else altogether. In her comments, she said: “One week of motherhood is done. It’s been a total life change.”
Instead of learning lines and following scripts, Rebel has gotten to terms with other aspects. Changing nappies and feeding the baby is not something that she is used to not. Not only that, but ensuring that everything is on hand so that her child can have the best life is very demanding.
So much so that Rebel admitted her appearance has had to take a backseat in comparison. Her following comments confirmed as much: “Yeah, I’m not looking my most glamorous guys.”Nevertheless, there have been benefits to her life.
Her relationship with Ramona Agruma arrived on the back end of her coming out as a lesbian. This was a very difficult period for her since there was always a chance that she could have received backlash from the revelation.
In addition, there is always the possibility that Ramona could play a part in co-parenting if Rebel sees her future with Ramona. Regardless of what the case may be, Rebel made it absolutely clear in no uncertain terms that she could not be any happier despite the challenges.
She continued: “She’s a little tiny thing, but she’s doing so amazing and is healthy and awesome and such a chill baby, actually. So, it’s actually been cool to get to know her.”
