Gisele just closed on a $11.5 million house in the Miami Beach neighborhood, just across the creek from the home Tom Brady is constructing. Tom was aware that Gisele was purchasing the home, and it all has to do with co-parenting, which facilitates the children’s travel between the two households.
Gisele’s 6,600 square-foot house is fully equipped with a home theater, a gym, and a kids’ playroom. Similar to Tom’s, it has a dock in the backyard. The news of Gisele’s acquisition was first published by Page Six.

You may remember earlier this year when Kanye West bought the house next to Kim Kardashian for similar reasons, so he could see his kids, but he was berated and called a creep and a stalker.
It is interesting how the tune has changed when it’s Gisele and Tom doing essentially the same thing. Ye wanted to be able to see his kids despite the split from Kim, and Gisele and Tom want to be able to see their children.
I think it’s a great idea and as someone who traversed back and forth between my parent’s houses every weekend, having them on good terms and close to each other to make it easy would have been a dream.
So, kudos to the parents who still are putting their children first and thinking about how they can make their lives easier despite their divorce. Not to mention, they get to drop off their kids by boat, which sounds completely awesome. Unless you forget something and have to run back. Can you imagine being dropped off at your dad’s by a boat across the lake all the time?
