CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers is set for some fun and games in Genoa City, and it looks like things are finally starting to move forward as the show’s shifting out of neutral to neutral 2.0.
While this looks like it’s going to be another character-building episode, there are going to be some potentially important moments to keep things moving.
Let’s dive in!
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 25: Confession time
‘Young and the Restless’ think what Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) told Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about what Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) did to her in LA will overwhelm him a bit.
It’ll be enough that he’ll become even more concerned for Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)’s safety with him around, so he’s going to come clean and tell her what Diane said.
He’ll mean to give her a full heads up about what to expect and what Tucker could try to pull, but also to see if Ashley can corroborate Diane’s account.
It may be subtle and not his intent, but if Ashley recognizes some of the same things Diane mentioned as happening to her, it could make things interesting going forward.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 25: Nikki’s at the end
Since we’re on the topic of the Mean Girls Club, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is going to have her own problems when she runs out of patience.
We can only assume this has to do with their attempts to break through Diane and Tucker’s lies, and while Jack will be sharing Diane’s secret with Ashley, we doubt she’ll have a chance to report back to Nikki.
Or maybe she will, and Ashley will actually defend Diane as a fellow victim of Tucker’s actions.
Either way, we’re sure this will be interesting since Nikki has shown a near-endless resolve of patience and understanding after dealing with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for years.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For October 25: Phyllis keeps up the pressure
Once again, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will do everything in her power to antagonize Diane while never being self-aware enough to realize she’s the problem along with her fellow Mean Girls.
In typical fashion, she’ll keep after Diane with insinuation after insinuation and will pull out all the stops to get Diane to snap again and show her “real” self.
We expect this will blow up in Phyllis’ face like her other schemes, especially since she’s timing this for when Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) are out of town.
