The Young And The Restless (Y&R) spoilers show that it is hard to continue on living when you lose someone you love, especially family. Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) has had to do so with the passing of his father, Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John), and has been doing the best he can.
However, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) struck a nerve when he noted that Devon needed to move on and live without constantly thinking about what his father would do. This is quite the thing to say, but we have to wonder… is Nate right? Does Devon need to be able to continue on in life and with his business without constantly thinking about what his father would say or was Nate out of line?

It definitely looks like Devon is letting his emotions get the best of him. I have to agree that Neil would absolutely forgive Nate. That’s the type of man he was and he would never harbor any ill will towards him.
Devon should let it go. He needs to move on and realize that it’s been three years. Of course, it is important to remember him but you also need to live your own life and do the things you want. In this case, he needs to listen to Nate more and not let his ego get in the way.
