Rapper Megan Thee Stallion has reportedly suffered from a burglary.
Rapper Megan Thee Stallion Suffers Burglary At Her Los Angeles Home
According to reports, the star’s house in Los Angeles was targeted by intruders on Thursday, 13th October 2022. During the course of that process, it is alleged that they targeted numerous goods.
So much so that the two male intruders did everything in their power in order to get a hold of something, with claims they smashed the glass on the windows, as they entered her bedroom. That is where it is claimed that they got away with items, including electronics and jewelry, as well as $300,000-$400,000 in cash.
As of now, an investigation is being held in order to determine whether or not someone can be held liable. And as part of that process, the security footage is being reviewed to see if someone can be brought forward. In addition, the authorities are also liaising with the neighbours in case anything has cropped up.
Not only that, but it is understandably a difficult time for her as who knows what could have happened on any other given day. There is nothing to suggest that she was in the building when the break in occurred. But even if she were not there, no one can deny that this will have been a very traumatic experience for her.
The fans on social media were not surprised by this incident. A certain subset of people referenced the increasing crime rate that had been plaguing Los Angeles, which will no doubt have led to more celebrities being targeted.
One person wrote: “If you live in la you will get robbed at some point,” while another person stated: “LA has such a high burglary rate it’s insane.” Hopefully, the person responsible can be brought to justice as soon as possible.
