Meghan, for her part, ended up marrying Cuffe which was a disaster to say the least. They decided to tie the knot last year after only one month of dating. It is not surprising, then, that things ended badly as they called the relationship off two months later with an annulment.
But looking back, it was not all doom and gloom, as signified by the gift she received. In her comments, Meghan said: “He gave me a crystal bowl, like, with the presidential seal and Kamala Harris wrote me a note.”
But that was not the only thing that left her with a long-lasting impression. Meghan expanded on how the wedding proceedings were not something out of the ordinary. Given that Cuffe is linked to the president, coupled with the fact that there was some serious security on board the event, Meghan’s daughter noticed that this was not something you see everyday.
After all, the last thing you would expect to see is armed men at a wedding. The following comments confirmed as much: “The craziest moment for me was when my daughter said, ‘Mommy, what are those guys doing?’
“And there were two snipers with these, like, massive guns, like, walking because the president was getting ready to leave.” The fans on social media had a lot to say about the matter.
A significant proportion of the fan base felt Meghan was merely looking for attention by continuing to speak about the wedding which had been a disastrous moment in her life. As such, she had to let this go on and move on as soon as possible. One person wrote: “This woman is thirsty for attention.”
