Kanye West’s Donda Academy will reportedly require attendees to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Kanye West’s Donda Academy Will Allegedly Require Attendees To Sign An NDA
The rapper has made it clear that his plans for the academy are wide ranging. This includes the vision where the school will include farms and in-house shopping. But as part of that process, two families have alleged that parents have to sign an NDA.
Although that may have been the case, this claim has been countered by Tamar Andrews. The former just so happens to be a consultant for the school, and he expanded on how there was merely an ‘informal agreement.’
And yet, Tamar did not go as far as to state the exact nature of what that agreement entailed. In any event, though, Tamar was adamant that the institution wanted to be as transparent as possible.
In his comments, he said: “Honestly, we don’t care if people know about the school. The people that want to come to the school are looking for a good Christian school in that area and they know that we’re there … there is also a certain notoriety that comes with being affiliated with Donda.”
If this is something you fancy, the school can expect to set you back around $15,000 a year. However, it is also important to bear in mind that approximately half the children that are there have also been provided with financial help or scholarships.
This does provide people who may not necessarily have the opportunity to attend a prestigious institution with the chance of doing so. Malik Yusef, who happens to be a friend of Kanye, had nothing but positive words to say about the Donda Academy.
He stated: “People choose to bring their kids to Donda Academy for a sense of privacy. A sense of care, a sense of concern, a sense of love, an environment of health, and an environment of wealth, an environment of learning, and putting God as a focus.”
