The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers show the amazing Heather Tom is celebrating 15 years on the show. Since August 30th, 2007, she has played the role of Katie Logan. Prior to that, she portrayed Kelly on ‘One Life to Live’ from 2003 to 2006 and Victoria Newman on The Young and the Restless from 1991 to 2003.
Six Daytime Emmy Awards have been given to her, and she is the only female performer to have won in each of the three categories of Lead Actress, Supporting Actress, and Younger Actress! She is still going strong after an amazing career fit for a queen!
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Heather Tom (Katie Logan) Celebrates 15 Years On B&B!
While speaking to Soap Opera Digest, Heather described her time in daytime television as a vortex, “It’s so crazy. I’ve been in the vortex of daytime since I started on Y&R when I was 15 and I remember we were talking about a three-year deal and I was like, ‘Oh, my God. Three years?’ And then I ended up staying there for 13. And when I did start on B&B, I only signed a six-month contract, so I wasn’t sure what was going to happen and then once I jumped in, I was like, ‘I hope this show goes forever and I hope I can be a part of it.'”
Tom has undoubtedly had an amazing ride, and the best part is that it appears that she will keep going for a while! We hope to see her more often and involve her in a compelling plot. She is a formidable force who can grab any plot by the horns and turn it into something amazing.
We would like to congratulate Tom on an amazing 15 years at B&B and look forward to what the future holds for her.
