Keep in mind here that the key word is rumors. Currently, we do not know how this rumor got started but over on TikTok there was a really prevalent rumor going around that JoJo Siwa is pregnant.
We get it, with all the legislation being bandied about pregnancy is kind of a hot topic and it would serve some people’s fanfiction narratives (oh yes, real people fanfic does exist and it is just as terrifying as it sounds.) if some young star got pregnant and were subject to one of the red state’s rulings on pregnancy but we have to keep in mind some factors when deducing whether or not a rumor is true or not and here is what we know so far.
The Truth About JoJo Siwa Pregnancy Rumors
JoJo Siwa lives in Los Angeles, California, the state is currently run by Gavin Newsom, who, as of June 24th, 2022 signed a whole reproductive health bill into law. So if JoJo does get pregnant, whatever the outcome is, she will be covered and everything will be completely her choice.
She will not be subject to any sort of red state bans on her body. As much as that would serve some people’s extremely messed up fanfiction narratives, it just won’t happen because unlike some of us, JoJo is just not living in a geographical location where such a thing is possible. We can all breathe a sigh of relief for that.
Another reason that this fanfiction narrative is not possible is the fact that JoJo is a very out and proud lesbian. If she chose to get pregnant at some point she would probably need to go to a sperm bank and pick out a donor and we’re pretty sure if a pregnancy is in her future at any point she would be vlogging that.
She did clear up the misconception about her taking prenatal vitamins however in one of her TikToks saying that she had heard from someone that prenatal vitamins make your hair grow and JoJo, due to years of bleaching and tight ponytails, had had some major breakage in her hair.
So, we think it’s safe to say that this one is just a rumor, even though JoJo herself made videos about it and played along. She’s a good sport, but seriously, some people need to use their critical thinking skills and maybe go and touch some grass. Stay tuned!!!
