The star has not managed to settle down with anyone since she split from her ex-husband Jay Cutler. But that has not prevented Kristin from taking steps to find her special someone.
And that has brought her to the idea of using DMs to find a new man. And by the looks of it, this has managed to work to some extent in that she has secured dates from the back end of it.
During an interview on the Dear Media’s “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, Kristin said: “I’ve actually been on quite a few dates. My DMs have essentially been my dating app.”
Nevertheless, this does not mean that Kristin is getting desperate. Rather, she has a strict system in place in order to enable her to decide who she should end up with. And as part of that process, she made it clear that she is only interested in those accounts that are verified.
While that may have the potential to only bring about high-profile individuals, Kristin has made it clear that she is not interested in dating another celebrity. She added: “Sorry, I’m only gonna go for the verified…[I want] a businessman who no one knows.”
That tactic has already brought about some results. Kristin admitted that she went on a date with a businessman in Nashville. And yet, she stopped short of telling everybody whether or not it turned out to be a successful date.
In this way, it appears that Kristin is keeping her options open rather than jumping at the thought of the very first man that presents himself to her. Her following comments confirmed as much: “I don’t like people that often, and I’m pretty picky, I guess, but I’m not gonna settle. I’m gonna stay picky.”
