Blake Jenner, best known for being on the hit TV show “Glee,” was reportedly arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Blake Jenner Was Arrested For Driving Under Influence
According to reports, the star was exceeding the alcohol limit on Saturday, 9th July 2022. It is claimed that the Burbank Police Department in Calif realised that the actor had gone through a red light at 11:30pm.
That is when they decided to approach his vehicle and undertake a breathalyser test. Thereafter, Blake ended up failing which is why he was arrested and then hit with that charge before being released within a day.
Luckily, nobody got hurt, which could have easily happen on any other given day due to Blake being over the limit. Not only that, but the fact that Blake was apparently released within a day suggest that it was not as serious as first thought.
But in any event, Reports have suggested that this is not the first time that Blake has been implicated in wrongdoing. Blake’s ex-girlfriend Melissa Benoist had previously claimed that she had been a victim of ‘intimate partner violence.’ So much for that this resulted in the impact of permanently damaging her vision.
While Melissa did not categorically which person was ultimately responsible, speculation began to emerge that perhaps it could have been Blake. In her prior comments at the time, Melissa remarked: “This is an injury that’s never going to fully heal, my vision is never going to be the same.
“Whatever I thought love was, it certainly wasn’t what I had been going through.” The fans on social media did not have very warm was to see about Blake. And in the process, they continued to mention his name being linked to acts of violence.
One person wrote: “People will remember Blake for being an abuser, nothing else,” while another person stated: “Recklessly endangering the lives of others unsurprising.”
